 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t believe it took me this long to recommend Bugnation. While it’s not one of the older pest control companies in the area, Jay Bayou, owner and operator, has several years of extensive experience working in the pest control industry.
When we initially contracted the pest control company he previously worked for, we were fortunate that it was Jay that was assigned to tackle our roof rat problems.
Jay brings his experience and expertise to Bugnation and his knowledge makes him skillful in solving any pest problem; whether it’s an insect, spider or rodent issue.  In our case, we had roof rats in our attic and walls.  After Jay inspected our entire house, he discovered all possible portals of entry (he told us a rat can fit into holes about 1/2 of an inch in diameter) and completely sealed off all holes, gaps, and cracks from attic to basement.
We continue to have Jay do house inspections regularly and have him maintain effective rat control both inside and around our property.
Jay’s wonderful, a hardworking young man who is excellent at what he does.  No hesitation giving Bugnation five stars. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with him and wish him all the best for success.

Was the first to get back to me when needed a quote and I liked the hours he provided.  I just asked for a preventative treatment but during his inspection he found carpenter ants, thatcher ants, and yellow jackets IN MY HOUSE. Thank goodness I asked him to come!
